In a desperate attempt to win all of your eyes and minds over to me... IVE BEEN THROUGH EXACTLY WHAT YOU HAVE! Everyone goes through problems in life that just plain mess up your equilibrium so to speak. So here you are, you've lost all balance and conformity in your life and you give in to each and every difficulty that comes your way. WRONG! In life there are two things:
1. Real things
2. Not so real things
When dealing with "real things" such as death, birth, injury, tragedy, sex, disasters, the law, and you, these "real things" things in turn transform into "not so real things" such as emotion, pain, punishment, and understanding. You are probably wondering where I am going with this.
Example:
Imagine the best friend you can possibly think of or closest family member to you. Now imagine their death. This death transformed into sadness or depression for you I'm sure. For others the death of your loved one could bring them confusion, physical illness, even happiness!
Anyways, over time these "not so real" things start to slowly sink into the back of your mind. The sadness you once had in your conscious mind is now nothing more than a subconscious thought that only comes around when something triggers it. So more time passes and this subconscious thought begins to turn itself into a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you handled the original state of being sad. Good would be: You've used every opportunity of this person's passing to make the best of yourself and prove that life is worth the living and happiness is worth fighting for. Bad: The sadness you felt brought you to such a surreal level that you gave in to all of the pressure and distractions of this world and they pulled you down until you reached rock bottom. Now if you know what rock bottom looks like, congratulations to you. I hope that either you plan on or already have begun to climb out of the hole you've dug for yourself. If you have never seen rock bottom let me briefly describe it:
1. Its cold, dark, narrow, and uncomfortable.
2. Just when you think you've reached the bottom it always seems to get deeper.
3. Its physically, emotionally, and mentally painful in every way you can imagine.
4. The light at the end is no longer visible and you are completely on your own.
Basically what I am saying is, life goes on and the mistakes you make now will ripple and ripple and ripple right back at you with more force than you could have ever imagined.
